Kebetulan saya gk makan sapi, saya makan ayam, kambing, ikan. Tiga itu paling sering tp mungkin ampir setiap hari ayam😂😂
Jangan byk tny diet orang gmn, tp bikin pola diet senyaman mgkn. Laper makan buah, kalo msh laper minum, pagi kalo gak alergi coba sarapan telor, atau minum air vinegar . Olah raga ( dirasa lapar makan, sedikit atau skip ganti buah ) jangan paksa diet tanpa makan, saya makan tp kurangin porsi 💁♀️
