Life’s been really hard lately. I’ve binged 4 times in a row now. It’s all because I decided to raise my cals to 2000 for the week before i leave for a trip so that i dont constantly eat on this vacation and gain a lot of weight. It’s like my mind thought it could just eat as much as it wanted. Today tho, i ate 1942 cals which is a thousand times better than the last 4 days. My goal was 1800, but im just glad I stayed under 2000. Also, iv been eating really badly lately so im pretty excited for tomorrow because i will eat 100% clean and i will eat 1800 calories. I was planning on not counting my calories during this trip but I honestly have to or else i’ll get out of control. Another thing, today i went to a restaurant and i did something iv never been able to do before: i stopped eating when I got full. Usually I just eat the whole thing. Hopefully things start to get better
