Wow, I lost 0.4 lb! Despite not weighing in 2 Saturdays in a row! And of course, despite eating summer crap!
Two weeks ago, I simply forgot to weigh in and did not bother when I remembered. Last week, I had to work overtime and go in the office on a Saturday (very short weekend!)
Sweets and large portions are my weaknesses, so I have to be careful. However, I still eat relatively healthy breakfasts and drink my 2 L (64 fl. oz. for Americans) of water every day. It will get better in the fall.
