I found a body fat measuring website that calculates your measurements. It said that I was 18.8% body fat. I'd really like it to be lower. =/
I took a picture of myself and compared it to one taken two months ago, at the exact same weight. Although I'm discouraged about weighing the same, I'm positively elated about being able to see that my thighs, calves, and stomach were more slender and toned.
At 8kph, I ran for twenty minutes without stopping! In January, I couldn't do that for longer than two minutes! I'm so excited!!
