First attempt at eggs benedict. Hollonaise sauce could have been a bit thicker though but next time ay. Was a little on the naughty side as used butter but next time now ive tasted the original recipe will use greek yoghurt waa verrry enjoyable still!

thank you... well I gave the healthy alternative a good yesterday substituting the butter for Greek style yoghurt... it was not even nearly as good anyone else know a healthier hollonaise sauce recipe that still tastes like or as good at the original ?
