Fuck fuck fuck I don’t know why I am gaining weight I have been doing the stuff I been doing when I was losing weight the only thing I have change is I have been working out 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😫😫😫😫😫😖😖😖😖😖
93.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't know what to tell you: we don't know how old are you, how many calories do you eat, your height?? I really hope you can lose the weight you want 😊

do you log your food somewhere?? little things can really mess you up. as you lose weight you need to reevaluate your macro's too, I did when I hit a stall. I needed to change things up for the smaller me that was also working out more heavily

Could it be muscle gain? Try more cardio/ hiit & weighing yourself first thing in the morning before you eat anything. Best of luck!

There could be several causes. Muscle gain id you’ve been working out a lot/for awhile, water weight, not expending more than you consume and those little bites we tend to have and not log. I’m bad about this as the kids say ‘just have a taste’ and I have no way of logging those tiny bites. From what I understand, if you drink 1oz water per lb of body weight it’ll help you not retain water and help build muscle.

Peewee, to be successful and consistent you should be logging food and exercise. We cant help because we know nothing about you other than your fondness for the word 'Fuck' and emojis. We would need to look at your RDI, food log, exercise log etc to help you determine what might be an issue. Please consider logging food and exercise for a couple weeks then asking hte community for help :)
