So what you gain back a little bit of weight that's perfectly fine. The most important thing is getting back on the horse and saying to yourself today will be a better day. Eating healthy doesn't come 1, 2, 3 it takes a lot of slip up's before we finally get it. Trust me I should know...as I am still struggling. But we can do it.
