Wow, I haven't weighed in or written a journal in over a month,yikes! It's been a while, I haven't been in a very sharing mood, I kind of fell off the wagon after finally getting down to where I thought I wanted to be, and then I realized I'm afraid to be thin. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I realize everytime I get down to 166 something happens and I bounce back up. This time around my body has changed alot more than when I weighed 160, I was doing HCG and it was working so well I knew that the next day I could be 165, and the #'s would steadily decrease as I stuck to the plan. I think I project a lot of my issues on being fat and the moment that I don't have fat/muffin top or whatever my silly excuses are I will have to actually do all the things I've put off until I was 'skinny/thin' whatever. I ordered a few really good books on emotional eating so I can figure out how to get over that mental block, but in the mean time I've been maintaining my weight. I haven't gone over the deep end and gained my weight back, so that's a relief.
In other news, I just got back from the Coach Summit and it was the most amazing experience. It's kind of like if FS had a reunion and had motivational speakers; it's just great to be surrounded by people that are interested in health and fitness, sharing their stories, and all that good stuff. I got to meet all the trainers and it was just an overall amazing time. I'm going to be posting pictures as soon as I find my cord for my camera. It was really special for me to meet Chalene Johnson (Turbo Jam/Chalean Extreme) and Debbie Siebers as their programs have really changed my life. I even decided a few weeks ago I'm going to become a Turbo Kick instructor, so that training is next month and I'm really excited about that too!
