On a hot summer night this was a refreshing dinner. The drink was plain kefir and skim milk. The dinner was 50 grams of unsalted chickpeas, 50 grams of firm cottage cheese, tomato, raw zucchini, 100 grams of strawberries and half a New Zealand kiwi.
Under 300 calories.
