Awh well just had parents up for weekend, not stood on scales. Was up a bit spritly this am and not got on scales, so fingers crossed when tomorrow am comes it's not too bad. Need to be down to target by 2nd August. Got to find some will power somewhere and my running mojo.

Hi, Just keep going and think positive every day. If you have good plan and stick to it, you will get there. Take 5 second pause before you prepare your food and eat being fully aware, enjoying every bite. This has been proven to be amazing technique, as it's enjoyable, releases endorphins and you are present at the moment. Good luck
