Today will be the first day of 24 hour fasting again, after being sick for 4 weeks. I'm still not 100%, but I am getting there. I have decided not to go to the doctor for a third time, because I don't think I can handle a third batch of antibiotics. I literally feel my kidneys hurting from all the meds... I've bought ginger & made fresh ginger & lemon tea, with some honey (which apparently has a lot of health benefits), but OMG it is f'n horrible... I HATE ginger! That alone will make me heal quicker, I'm sure!
Anyways, not back to Crossfit yet, I don't want to make things worse, as I go to the 5 o'clock morning class usually.
