Went for breakie with my gf... had poached eggs and multigrain toast - a black coffee - and a water. Went to the gym - and have been eating right. See how it goes. Tomorrows weigh in will tell all. I do think I may be noticing some toning... but could be my imagination after all it is only day 6. Tired. See how it goes tonight - would really like a good sleep for once.
