it really does depend on your consistency. one relapse and you are off track. I was doing so well the first two days. i wasn't completing my tasks to the fullest but i was progressing towards it. i was partially off track because i forgot some challenges i was in and i was having issues at home. but now i am over it and moving full force ahead (after today) lol.. with hopes of a good body and mind coming from this.
