I have decided to try CICO and no meat beginning tomorrow for 5 days. I have been doing KETO, but would like to see how I do incorporating more carbs and just balancing my life. I love reading every ones journal entries( very inspiring). I am cooking my veggie meals for the next 5 days. I have also began lifting weights. I am counting every thing I place in my mouth. Also pickling pickles today. Wish me luck.
