Just some thoughts:
While I don't really diet... meaning I don't shoot for a specific calorie count or anything like that... I just weigh most everything I eat... whatever looks like a good amount of food is what I eat. Though I have to say I take just about the same amount of salad every time. Sure I have my days when I totally blow it... about a month or so I ate a whole pizza - felt like crap for a few days!! LOL...
I started with 38" waist (could squeeze into a 36 jeans) I have to get all new clothes because now a 34 is too big!!!
You know the funny part… I hadn’t weighed 180 in almost 20+ years… the 170’s … let’s just say I got married to MDW 38 years ago and I am not sure I was that low. NOW…. The 160’s… you’re talking the 70’s
I get on the scale way more than I should… and record my weight when I think of it… Though on any given day if you asked I know EXACTLY what I weigh.
This weight lose “thing” is a fight… some days you get knocked on your ass… but you have to remember to pick yourself up and fight again
I have so much to be thankful for: I have a wife who is the love of my life 2 kids that think I’m pretty cool 5 grand kids who think I’m the “greatest thing since sliced bread”
They are the reason I wake up every morning.
