almost completely sugar free since 7/3, combined with Keto-ish type eating AND intermittent fasting since Tuesday and I'm down 4 pounds. I know this is water weight but that is my driving force right now. I have so much water and toxin retention since chemo and radiation. It's time to dry those cells out and turn them over into good cells again.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
