Felt like shit waking up today after eating BBQ, Potato Salad, chips and Dip yesterday for 4th of July. 1. I ate some wrong things
2. I ate some of the food too late (10p) I usually stop eating by 8pm
3. I need more physical activity mainly to help my digestive issues.
So yes I started with a large smoothie that had a ton of carbs...
Hopefully I can have some control the rest of the day. 🤞🏽

I ate everything in sight yesterday.....lots of everything....wasn’t even hungry. It was in front of me. so I ate it.... Let’s do this starting today let’s do whatever it takes to lose ....... I’ll be watching you..... I know we will do this . Ready, set, go. I was up 3 lbs. this morning.

One day off and now you need to get back on it, dont let a little bit of food discourage you. You can do it!

Sounds good @char60! I’m just trying to take it one meal at a time. Old habits are so hard to break but I appreciate you and @DarlinDivaDawn for the encouragement
