day 263..another day to cold to walk.. so gettin ready to go to the gym and get my morning walk in on the treadmill..then ride that bike for 30, then mabye the other 20 bck on the treadmill again..tomow weather man is sayin sleet ..but saturday should be a nicer day to start walkin again..hopefully..drd was tellin me daylight central time changes in about 2-3 weeks..so that will help some..well another busy day ahead..so keep that body movin and have a great day..
