Day 4 Cycle 2.....
Breakfast: 2 Egg Whites and a grapefruit Meal #2: Turkey and lettuce wrapped in a Carb Balanced Whole Wheat Tortilla and 1 cup Lemon aid Meal #3: Small Salad Meal #4: Not sure yet, but I am going to be good for sure....or at least I hope so!!! :-)
Exercise: Going to go to the gym at lunch again today and do nothing but cardio....yesterday I decided to lift along with doing some cardio....getting better with the exercise...I read the EFS book again last night to get myself back on track and EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE....IT IS THE KEY!!! I need to get that attitude back!
I told my hubby last night that when he hears my alarm go off in the morning he needs to push my butt out of bed, I hit the snooze until it is too late to get any exercise in before I get ready for work...so that is my new goal, get up early enough to exercise before I shower for work....I can do this, I mean really what will it hurt!!!
