0.2 lb gain. I seem to maintain around 161-162 lbs. A bit on the overweight side according to my BMI (26.3), but I don't know if I feel like dieting in order to reach that infamous 25 of BMI (around 150-152 lbs for me). I don't feel overweight. I'm just a bit annoyed by my belly.
I'll make sure to stay properly hydrated due to the heat wave on the Eastern side (south of both Ontario and Quebec mostly; also the Maritimes I think).
