今天摆了个盘,很浪费时间,主要吃到肚子里都会变成一个样
个人建议仅供参考
蛋白质、碳水、脂肪明确分开,有利于记录
一般包子、饺子这些混合食物我基本不吃
蔬菜我看心情吃,因为我有维生素补充,我要保证我的碳水和蛋白质能吃够再吃蔬菜
那么,一般人蔬菜可以当零食,在你吃够热量了,嘴还馋的时候吃,而不是蔬菜当饭吃,蔬菜含糖量比水果低很多,例如黄瓜,随便吃,水果吃得不聪明也会影响你减脂。
