Hi everyone. I was wondering if any of you had suggestions on high protein foods that are natural? I know eggs but what else can I be eating throughout the day to bring up my protein ?

almonds (watch out for fat in nuts) biltong (also be aware not to have fat on as this adds up to calories) chicken breasts. Pumkin seeds, soy milk helps as well. Cooking with quinoa . Chick peas or sweet potatoe.

Yeah I just really battle mentally to eat nuts as how high they are in calories
