My wife is on the Baptist Hospital Diet so to keep from cooking 2 meals I do dinner with her eating what she eats. Tonight was a pan fried steak and 1 cup of green beans like in your photo! I pan fry the steak to medium then remove the steaks and dump in some diced onion and 2 cups of green beans into the hot steak juice and stir fry the green beans. I season the green beans to taste with salt and pepper and garlic powder.
