I overate last night. I had a junk food craving so I ate a bunch of candy. Wouldnt have been as bad had i not eaten it at 10pm! ugh!
I did workout hard yesterday and cleaned and painted so maybe it wasnt as bad as im imagining. Today I did my 10m thing when i woke up and i think i am going to do BL at some point today. I had a good bfast and hope to not go near the junk. I want a good number this week but somewhere deep down i think i am sabotaging myself. Hopefully I am not and can get over that fact. I want this weight gone.
