what's your calorie intake like? sometimes we need to drop it after losing weight as smaller people need to eat less.

I up date my calorie in take monthly
I now eat 2300 or just under.
I have found that I am obviously so much fitter so I am not burning calories enough with just walking. My resting heart rate when I started was nudging 80 but it is now 52 so I have to push more to get in the burn zone. So its the gym and swimming to up my heart rate, can't run because of athritus in my knees.
I always knew the loss would get less and less so its not a problem. Still well on target to be 13 stone or just under by Xmas. Slowly slowly catchy monkey

Snailrunner, your right but also its 100% in the mind. If your mind isn't ready for it your body won't be.
You have to get to a point where you want to do this as a life style change and not look at it as a diet that ends when you've hit a weight. I'll hit my target weight soon but will carry on with this life style to keep fitter and eating heathly.
