Cuma ganti nasi putih jadi nasi merah,
Udah gak pernah ngitung kalori kalo mkn, tapi badan udah tau kisaran yg harus dimakan, maret-skrg udah turun 5,5 kg juga udah sukur wkwk padahal belum dibarengin olah raga & ngerasa lagi ga diet, enjoy ❤️
