Ugh, my body hates me. I need to stop overeating. I need motivation. Maybe I'll switch from ChaLEAN back to INSANITY. I don't feel as accomplished after a ChaLEAN workout as I did with an INSANITY workout...
But I really want to try and stick with ChaLEAN, I did just buy a weight set...
Maybe I'll lower my RDI, actually stick to it, and continue on with ChaLEAN?
