Really trying very hard to balance my diet, but there are just so many components to think about. Trying to keep my sodium as low as possible, but then also trying to get as close to a 40/30/30 diet as I can. I'm really having a hard time finding foods that contribute positively to one or more elements of that plan that don't totally screw the others over. I am just about as bored with nonfat Greek yogurt as one person can be.
