Hey!!! So today my body fat percentage went from the mayo clinic obese range into just the overweight range!!! So pleased!!!
I mean, this will never take into account that I have F cup boobs by choice.... so..... there is some extra allowances that I should be making for this.. but even just using the standard formula I’m finally getting somewhere!!!!
