Hello out there...Just checking in. My husband is finally on board with the whole healthy eating, exercise weight loss thing I have been struggling with for 10 years. We joined a gym together and are loving it- although it's only been 2 weeks :) We are using a different website that comes with the gym membership to log our food and stuff, but I do miss the community here so I will be checking in from time to time. I've been keeping my calories right about 2000 a day.Trying to cut down on sugar and sticking with lean meats, whole grains and veggies most of the time. This is good for me because I am still losing but definately not starving. To lose extra weight ( more than 1 lb a week ) i just do more exercise. I have been shooting for 500 cal/day burned. Typically I do 30 minutes of cardio and then work either my arms, legs, and/or core with weights. I will check in again soon and let you know how it is going!
