I am addicted to going to the gym. I joined for the first time in September of 2009 and am now seeing a trainer twice a week and do major cardio workout's 4 days a week. I am happy with my weight and through my training have become happier now that in the last six months went from 180 to 162 lbs. An unexpected bonus to building up my endurance i lost the weight! Now my goal with my trainer is to lose another 10 -15 lbs. My biggest problem is not fast food or breads or things like that, my biggest problem is I live with a classically trained chef, ice cream and cheese is my favorite thing!!!!!!! Which I have decided to cut out of my diet.
