So I just finished my 3rd week with the C25K. I feel awesome! I never would have thought that I would be able to do each week. I was such a heavy smoker, and Ive done so much damage to my lungs. But I feel such an improvement in them already. Im super excited to finish this and prove to myself that I can do anything.
