OK Guys - I've joined Weight Watchers with my girlfriend - weighed in at lesst than I expected!

So now to use propoints, looks quite easy to eat plenty but still lose weight.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
