Did my monthly measurements. . .down 5 inches since last month!! Biggest change is my thighs YAY! Squats work, lol.

Total down after 3 months of tracking:
Bust - down 1/2" (thank God, don't want to lose much there!)
Waist - down 2"
Hips - down 1" (need to wittle that more!)
Thighs - down 2" each
Biceps - down 1" each

Total 8 1/2 lost!!

Thank you Heidi! Thynes when I did't feel like the scale had moved much, it was really nice to measure and see the inches that have been lost! Get a tape!
