Put the Harrisa paste on the pork steak to bake in the oven and serve it on the bed of spinich and pine nuts the veg is baked and had a bit of oil and sea salt and black pepper takes 30 min max to cook!

Looks yummy! Harissa paste is also great on chicken... just like at h the carb content.. I’ve been caught out where some brands are twice the carb/sugar content of others .. I do up a big tray of chicken/red wine vinegar/garlic/oil and veggies.. enough fir a big dinner and plenty of tasty food left over for snacks/lunches Keep going,you’re doing great 👍
