키토제닉 3일차
허리둘레 -4cm , 몸무게 -1.8kg
어제 소시지 먹고 최면걸린 사람처럼 잠들었다가
부랴부랴 점심 도시락 싸고 다시 잠들었는데
6시에 못일어났다 소세지에 탄수화물이 많았나?
그래도 착실히 감량되고있으니까 오늘도 화이팅♥️
