I am excited I lost 2 pounds today! My diet was a little off I ate a whole package of the Melba Toast (5 pieces instead of 2) and and extra serving of protein (Chicken 3.5). I think this was stress emotional eating. So today I am back on track. Yesterday I did walk for about 35 minutes for exercise. Will do my exercise again today.
120.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
