125 cal ~ 1 reduced cal 35 toast, 6 tbl egg white, spinach, cilantro, 2 grape tomatoes, mushrooms, 1 turkey bacon. can reduce to under 100 cal. with half the egg (it was too much) skip bacon.

Thanks, ha ha, I used a feta cheese container and microwaved it! It looks like angel food cake. I wish it were...hmmm gives me an idea!
