역시 운동보다 안먹으니 잘 빠진다...한3일 계란만 먹었더니 약 1.5키로 빠짐 ㅡㅡ:;
70.6 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
