Wow! 2.4 lbs gained! I sure ate a lot of crap! More of it than usual. I am still maintaining, however I have to check that sweet tooth of mine! Despite my period that is almost over (I have long periods), I feel more bloated now than last week. I still drink my 2 liters of water though. It happens.
