I have started going to the gym and have been good so far, I feel toned but I am not losing any weight. Any ideas on plans to help with losing weight???

Keep your fluid intake high and eat something like a banana after the workout to curb the immediate hunger that often sets in and it helps to build muscle. Besides that, look up some High intensity interval trainings since they are much more efficient than hour long cardio and burn fat efficiently! :-) all that besides a healthy diet obviously. However, if you’re going to the gym, do not drop your calories too low or your body will just hold onto them! At least 1300-1400 a day, likely more around 1800 if you’re exercising :-) good luck!
