I am VERY excited. I have not seen 239 on the scale in ages!
Not only is my weight continuing in a downward trend, but I am feeling SO much better! No leg pain at night, except for my left hip (nothing new), and I am able to be on my feet and walk for more time and distance. I may have a heart problem, but I haven't felt this good in a very long time.
Now that I'm doing so well at physical therapy too, it's time to add some more exercise. The other day I bought a long-handled lotion applicator so I could apply sunscreen to my back and other places I can't easily reach. Now I can spent more time at our outdoor pool on the days that my schedule doesn't allow me to get to the Y, and I have my rebounder and plenty of exercise DVDs for those rainy or cold days when I don't feel like leaving the house.
Pretty soon, I'll be able to reward myself with a special treat (not food!).
Life is good right now!
