What’s Keto coffee?

One cup of fresh coffee blended with one tsp of unsalted organic butter and one tsp of coconut oil. You can add natural cinnamon or raw coco powder. Also you can add real cream too. I am using Bullet to blend it. You can run then for half a day on this fuel.

Everyone makes it a little different too. I use one tablespoon of MCT oil, one tablespoon of butter, 3 tablespoons of cream and 16 oz of coffee!!! It’s delicious and gives me a great boost in the am!!!

MCT oil is great! Even better then just ordinary coconut oil. I also sometimes use 1 tbsp of coconut cream. Delicious!

I am using Organic Heavy coconut cream. It’s perfect for whipped cream or berries.
